Application &  Registration Forms

If you’re interested in joining us, or even just considering it, please come and visit one of our Pack meetings or Info Night events.  Look on the right for upcoming events or email our Recruitment Chair, to ask a question or request information. The Registration fee for Scouts covers or subsidizes:

• National and Council BSA Youth Registration and Insurance
• Awards, Patches and Certificates Earned during the Year
• Pack Meeting Activities and Supplies

Other expenses will include:

• BSA Uniform (Class A) and Handbook up to $100 (hat, shirt, pants, belt and book). Please ask a Pack leader before buying. NOTE: Our Pack only requires the Blue shirt for our Class A uniform, but it always looks nice when Cub Scouts are in full uniform with their blue pants and belt too.
• Scout’s Life Magazine $15/year – monthly national magazine subscription with comics, inspirational articles and fun facts
• Optional weekend or overnight events

Returning Scouts

Please complete the following and email it to the Recruitment Chair.

2. BSA Youth Application (pdf) – needed if Scout’s address, telephone or parent information changed from last year.

Adults

One parent/guardian MUST be willing to participate with your Scout and complete an application. It is essential that one adult attend the Den and Pack meetings with your Scout. Please complete the following and email it to the Recruitment Chair.

1. BSA Adult Application for New Adults (pdf)
2. BSA Adult Application for Returning Adults (pdf) – if address, telephone, or other relevant information changed from last year; or if YPT has expired; or if you are changing/entering a leadership position to include changing from Bear to Webelos Den Leader .
3. Youth Protection Training (online) – on the page that opens, select the link that says “Click here to login and take Youth Protection training”, then create an account, and complete the online training course; attach completion certificate to the BSA Adult Application

Scout’s Life Magazine – If you choose to subscribe to the Scout’s Life monthly magazine subscription, please add an additional $15 in your registration payment.
